Do my clients have to pay for The Kennel?

No. Your Trainer plan covers your kennel and your clients. Clients get in free with the sign-in link you send them from your phone.

My dog is with a trainer. Do I need a plan?

No. Your trainer invites you, and your sign-in is covered by their Trainer plan. You’ll get a link from your trainer to set up your Clubhouse sign-in. If your trainer isn’t on The Kennel yet, send it to them →

Is it hard to set up?

No. A guided setup walks you through your kennel, your first client and your first dog, and every step has Skip for now. Nothing is sent to anyone until you choose. Want to see it first? Read the setup guide →

Does it work with no signal?

Yes, for the Quick point log. Out in the cover, the entry saves on your phone and sends once you have signal again.

Does The Kennel handle the money?

No. Clients pay you the way they do now. The Venmo button opens Venmo with the amount filled in, and you record each payment by Venmo, check, cash, card or other. The Kennel never moves money and never marks a bill paid by itself.

What happens after 14 days?

Your 14-day trial is free and needs no card. When it ends, you’ll see “Thank you for trying The Kennel. Please subscribe if you wish to continue.” Nothing is billed unless you subscribe.

Can I cancel?

Cancel any time from Plan & billing. You keep access through the end of the period you paid for (no partial refunds), and your data is kept if you come back.

Phone or computer?

Both. On iPhone or iPad, open it in Safari and tap Share → Add to Home Screen. On Android, add it from the browser menu. It opens full screen, with nothing to download from an app store. On a computer you get a wider two-column layout. On iPhone, alerts work once it’s on your Home Screen.
