Can I cancel?
Cancel any time from Plan & billing. You keep access through the end of the period you paid for (no partial refunds), and your data is kept if you come back.
Do I need a card to start the trial?
No. Both plans start with a 14-day free trial and no card is needed. Just leave "Start with a 14-day free trial" ticked when you sign up.
Which plan is right for me?
If you train dogs for clients, choose Trainer. It covers your kennel, your clients and any number of dogs, plus helpers if you have them. If you only train your own dogs, choose Single owner: up to 5 dogs and no clients.
Do my clients need their own plan?
No. Clients are invited by their trainer and sign in to the trainer's portal. There's no separate sign-up or plan for them.
How much do I save by paying yearly?
Trainer is $299 a year instead of 12 × $29.99, which saves $60.88. Single owner is $99 a year instead of 12 × $9.99, which saves $20.88.
Does The Kennel collect payments from my clients?
No. The Kennel never moves money. Clients can tap a Venmo button that opens Venmo with the amount filled in, and you record payments yourself, by Venmo, check, cash, card or other. A bill is never marked paid by itself.
